ABOUT THE FOUNDER

I grew up in the Midwest, where I learned early on the value of hard work, fairness, and community. That foundation shaped my commitment to economic development and civil rights within the construction and transportation industries. My professional journey began as a Union Organizer, Contract Compliance Investigator, and Construction Project Monitor, experiences that gave me firsthand insight into how complex projects operate—and where gaps in access and opportunity often exist.
More than a decade ago, I founded GinGer Cunningham & Associates to help bridge those gaps. Today, our firm supports Small Regional Business Enterprises, connecting qualified businesses to large-scale construction and transportation projects. We provide strategic guidance to DBE, EDGE, and SBE-certified firms, helping them navigate certification, compliance, and opportunity pathways so they can compete, perform, and grow.
I am honored to serve on several boards and committees and to work alongside agencies, prime contractors, and small businesses across the region. Recently, our firm was recognized as a Historically Underserved Business (HUB) Firm of the Year by both the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) and COMTO Columbus, an acknowledgment of the passion, expertise, and measurable impact our team delivers.
Outside of work, I value time with my family, enjoy playing golf, and am deeply committed to mentoring others—sharing practical life lessons that support both personal growth and professional success.
